RE: IBM website

I went to google.com, type SF98450 and found the IBM website link.  I was
also able to find the hipers by typing v4r5 hiper ptf and found those as
well.

I have just spent a very unfruitful hour searching for an IBM website to
download the memo to users, Hiper PTFs, install instructions etc for the
v4r5 upgrade - I tried the iPTF facility it just crashes so I don't know
whether it's there or not.
Searches for SF98450 etc has been a waste of time - any ideas ?
