i believe the ibm product is cheaper, but we use the asna product for the
following reasons, but one of the reasons we like asna is that, for an
internation company, they do treat their customers like family.

their focus is more microsoft oriented, and, like it or not, that is where the
industry is.  that was the reason we went with them in the first place, we were
developing an application in 1996 for our client's remote users, and at the time
ibm's product required os/2.

we used to be ibm purists, but have found thru the years that they can drop
products and leave their customers in the dust...
