If you have PDM, create options for deleting objects in the prod. lib.

- wrkobjpdm on the test lib and use the delete option to delete all 
corresponding objects in the prod lib
- use option 11 (Move) to move the objects to the prod lib

You have to repeat the above for each object type, since IBM hasn't created a 
DLTOBJ command (although
most DLTxxx commands use the same CPP)
