To all that replied to my spool printing issue, it is now working. A
combination of changing the font size, landscape mode, reducing the
margins, printing on Legal paper, and % of print all allowed the 156 bytes
to get on the page. Thanks for the advice.

Ya....that is very strange. I have done this many times myself. I just
tried
it again. Font size 7 orientation landscape...it works for me (132
wide)...you may need to adjust size and margins, but it works!

I'm surprised changing the font and the orientation doesn't work. Is it
possible you have trailing spaces on each line causing the wrapping? I
wouldn't mind taking a peek if you'd like to send it to me off line
