Nelson,

I saw an AS/400 model 400 on ebay a couple of days ago with most
of what you are asking for.  I believe the "buy it now" price
was less than $ 2,000 (USD).  It included V4R3 of OS/400, RPG,
and Query.  I think the auction ended with no buyers.
