× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

for the parameter SAVE to *YES.

If you can put the command behind a menu (as long as they don't run the command
from the command line), you could use the prompting options to protect that
parameter.  The minimum would be something like this:

?ChgSplFA  ?*Save(*Yes)
