If this is, indeed, the way V5R1 works, that if you don't use more than 25 libraries everything works exactly the same as it did in older versions, the I believe that IBM did the right thing. This is the way I would expect an upgrade of this nature to happen. That way, if you don't use the new feature, more than 25 libraries in your library list, you don't have to change a single thing. But, if you decide to use this new feature, then you have to fix your code. This is good, IMO, and if this is the way it works, Kudos to IBM! All for the sake of not having to recompile your CL program? Sheesh. Think of the mess that could cause? As I mentioned before, you only need to fix your CL programs if you start using more than 25 libraries in your library list.
