RE: 250 libraries again (was V3R1 QUSRTOOL, *PRDLOD) -- MIDRANGE-L

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

All of the old CL's (still using USRLIBL instead of the new parameter) are
broken because they will lose library 26+.  I really can't see how IBM could
make this change without breaking code.
