We use Spool-a-Matic and it does a great job of converting almost any type of spool file to about anything you want. We do a lot of AFP/IPDS to PDF using it. I really like it's Pagerange feature as well.

Just FYI, everyone -- I'm still looking around, but so far I've found that
Gumbo's Spool-A-Matic (www.gumbo.com) seems to do a pretty good job of
converting IPDS into PDF (so it is possible . . . . :-)
