CoolSpools400 from @riadne software[1] might be worth looking at. We 
bought it for AFPDS to .pdf conversion and it does an excellent job. It 
lists IPDS as a supported format, though we don't have any of that type 
to try it against. It's based on CVTSPLSTMF featured in News/400 a while 
back. I've no connection with the company - I just like the product :)
