They are/were using the V3R2 version of Client Access. In the older version my client could add an AS400 printer by selecting start/settings/printers/add printers through Windows and the Companies AS400 icon would appear. They would then click the icon and all of the available printers would display. My problem is that I haven't figured out a way to do the same thing using Client Access Express. As a matter of fact, I can't find the view the AS400 via Network Neighborhood like I use to. Does anyone have any insight into this? Thanks.
