The early versions of JD EDwards OneWorld software seemed to require Citrix, and the maillist was full of Citrix problems. I would not reccomend based on casual observation. Now, as to your current problem, maybe you can tinker with some of the *inact* system values reducing them so that the device belongs to a re-booted system is knocked off by the system?
