Here's a code snippet from the S/38 that works today:
DCL &CMDPGM *CHAR 10
DCL &RPLLIBL *CHAR 285
RTVJOBA JOB(&TMNAME) +
USRLIBL(&USRLIBL)
CHGVAR &RPLLIBL ('RPLLIBL (' *CAT &USRLIBL *TCAT ')')
CHGVAR &CMDPGM 'QCAEXEC'
CALL &CMDPGM (&RPLLIBL 285)
The gibberish about QCAEXEC and RPLLIBL is S/38 mode. AS/400 native mode
would be QCMDEXEC and CHGLIBL. Also note that the library list is going up
in size with V5R1 - You'll want a longer variable to store it in. See the
Midrange Archives for a long thread about just that topic.
