Give this a try...
DCL VAR(&USRLIBL) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(275)
DCL VAR(&CMDSTR) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(308)
DCL VAR(&CMDLEN) TYPE(*DEC) LEN(15 5) VALUE(308)
RTVJOBA USRLIBL(&USRLIBL)
change lib list for the application...
call application...
CHGVAR VAR(&CMDSTR) VALUE('CHGLIBL LIBL(' *CAT +
&USRLIBL *TCAT ')')
CALL PGM(QCMDEXC) PARM(&CMDSTR &CMDLEN)

Anyone know of a way to save the current library list, change it for an applicat
ion and then restore the original list? I've tried saving to a 250 *char variab
le and then using CHGLIBL after the application, but the command doesn't underst
and the varia
ble.
I think I've seen this done a few years ago in DCMS, a package written by Kurt S
almon Associates in Atlanta, but I'm not certain now.
Thanks,
Brooks Roach
