I believe that the answer is no.  OS/400, however, is tied to the system as
of model 6xx hardware.  Part of the announcement this week is that models
4xx and 5xx will not run V5R2 (and yes, V5R2 WAS mentioned in the
announcement, so the IBM secret police that monitor's these posts should
stuff it up their...), so models 4xx/5xx will quickly be relegated to boat
anchors.

Hypothetical question:

If I was selling an AS/400 model 400 with V4R5 licensed to it
can I also sell the RPG compiler (5769-RG1) and Query (5769-QU1)?

Does IBM allow me to sell the Licensed Program Products?
