Mail Loops (was *** ADMIN: Probable web site outage!)

Your best bet would be to contact me privately.

When there is a true mail loop, I can take steps to eliminate the problem 
at the source.

Sometimes, however, the problem is outside of my control.

I will endeavor to help determine where the problem is though.

The *VERY_BEST* piece of information you can give me is a sample of 2 or 3 
messages that appear to be looping *WITH_FULL_INTERNET_HEADERS*.  I can't 
stress the need for headers enough.  They are critical to diagnosing mail 
problems.  If the headers cannot be provided, there is little I can do.
