RE: Anybody running PASE

Search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence -

From what I understand you can download a small application which then runs 
in background using up spare cpu when you're not doing anything.

You then download various packets of information which are then analysed to 
see if there is the alien equivalent of someone saying "hello universe" 
 (as if this is a measure of intelligence) and the final reports are 
uploaded back to SETI.

Also there is a doubt that what we consider intelligence is what another 
life form might think intelligent !!

Any way on a PC you get lots of pretty 3D bar charts as the data is 
analysed.  Don't know what it does on the 400.  There was also a thread 
some time back as to whether performance of the system suffered.

I am. Completed 50 or so units. OS/400 has been around for
a while :-) and so has SETI.
