I assume you have never seen MVS loaded ????

The 400 will virtually install on it's own. It does require "some"
knowledge but with a very basic understanding and some reading, it
is hardly difficult to install. Ops Navigator and TCP/IP are really
"add on" type things that make an installation more difficult than
necessary. Physical installation of a 400 requires very little
knowledge.

Port and terminal address's are "AS/400 101".
