Cyndi,

We went from a 500 to a 720 with no problem. Just be sure that you are at R440 
when you upgrade. I'ts nothing like the CISC to RISC upgrade.

Hi All,

Can anyone give me a confidence level on going from a Model 510 to a 720 in
one weekend ?  We will be staying at V4R4. 

The plan is (as far as I know) to do a go save 21 on the 510. Shut it down,
turn on the new box, give it the same IP address and name, add the old tape
drive then restore everything.

I am very nervous that everything goes well. Are there any gotchas that I
should be aware of ?
