AW: Box Upgrade

Hello,

always be prepared for unexpected problems. During most of our upgrades we
had a problem that cost us several
hours.

Two years ago we went from 320 to 620 with upgrading hardware. When we were
ready to restore backup to 620,
our 3590 unit failed! Couldn't continue - couldn't go back - AARGH. We
waited four ours for IBM to come in and
fix the drive.
