Here's what I got back from a Developer in Rochester.

Thanks for passing this along.  Please post an append to the forum to try
the following and let me know.   I tried it and it works fine.  There is an
example in the Run SQL Scripts examples that shows using a CL command with
*ALL for the file names.   The parens breaks up the /* so that it is not
interpreted as a comment.

cl:DSPFD FILE(BNDTALB/(*ALL)) TYPE(*ATR) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) FILEATR(*PF)
OUTFILE(QTEMP/QAFDPHY) OUTMBR(XAJRNALLPF);
