It'll be pretty difficult to find a commercial data conversion application
that will map from "anything" to "anything" but if you know FMTDTA, you may
be surprised how flexible you can get.  Of course, that means you'll have to
spend oodles of time analysing each input and output column to make sure you
get the mapping correct.  In a previous life, we had computer operators do
some fantastic things with sort specs, which is why I mention it at all.

I'd stick with your current plan of using programmers and RPG.  Consider
simple DDS and CPYF *MAP as well (for the simple conversions.)
