Well that's the problem though - This generates a list of invoices for
an inquiry screen.  The user can sort them by, date, number, amount
etc.  And sort them in either ascending or descending order.  The
CheckNo lookup is one of four possible selection criteria.  The others
work fine.  I guess I may have to create a temporary file to get this to
work.  

It seems to me that there should be a way to inform the system to do
APDIST record selection and then the APINVOICV record selection.  

If I use CREATE TABLE and then DELETE TABLE there seems to be a lot of
unnecessary overhead.
