Update to Job Scheduler Not Working

Just to let y'all know the problem was actually that a user profile was
deleted (and the msgq for that user).  The jobs were all submited with that
users name and were trying to send a msg to the users msgq.

Hmmmm... I guess OS/400 doesn't consider a job schedule entry to be an owned
object or they wouldn't have been able to delete the user profile????
