Your default route is your AS400s IP and should be your routers IP.  Your router must also be in the same subnet as your AS400.


CFGTCP 1 has two entries:

     10.1.1.17        255.255.255.0    ETHLINE      *ELAN 
     127.0.0.1        255.0.0.0        *LOOPBACK    *NONE 

CFGTCP 2 has a single entry, *DFTROUTE:

     *DFTROUTE        *NONE            10.1.1.xxx       *NONE

where xxx is the router to the internet.  If your router does not have a 10.1.1.xxx address, what does it have?  It has to be in the same subnet as the computers it needs to route.  Have your network manager add 10.1.1.xxx to the router.
