Several ideas 1. Whenever you purchase a system, there is a ton of documentation that IBM sends along with it, so what you are looking for is a reshipment of the manuals that came with each of these systems. 2. IBM has some documentation on what publications you supposed to have - a subscription information ... so you want them to retransmit latest copy of each on that list. 3. There are IBM manuals that list the other manuals & help you order them. 4. Some manuals are no longer available in print, but can be downloaded in PDF format. How did you come to lose the documents in transit ... that is an enormous volume of cartons ... did a Semi get in an accident & all the contents burn up? > From: Justin.Haase@Kingland.com (Haase, Justin) > Folks, > > We recently moved our headquarters and datacenter, and lost all but one of > the service manuals for our seven systems (1-170, 1-620, 3-720, 2-740).
