Steve,

The API is QDCRDEVD. Below is a CLP snippet showing how we use it to update
remote outq's for remote users who access the AS/400 from dialup internet
accounts. I'm pretty sure this was originally downloaded from an article in
either NEWS/400 or Midrange Computing, so you can check their archives for
further details.
