Chris, ICBW, but I don't believe you'll be able to delete this object or change the owner of it. It looks like it is an object left in limbo from a job that's no longer running. This is usually caused by a previous system crash. The only way I know to clean this up is with RCLSTG, which requires a dedicated system.
