Try this:

DLTUSRPRF USRPRF(user-name-here) OWNOBJOPT(*CHGOWN QUSER)

This will change all objects owned by this user to be owner by QUSER,
then delete the user profile.

The fact that an object in QTEMP comes up for this is strange.  If this 
user is truly not logged in at the moment, then I'd recommend running
RCLSTG as soon as you are able to.
