You'll kick yourself for this one, but SRC 0000 000C says "Unit emergency
power off". Someone hit the red switch ? :-)

If the Emergency Switch is ON, try flipping it off/on and try the Power On
again.
If still no good, procedure is:
IS there STILL a reference code 0004, 000C, 6984 or 698C ?
YES --> Power off the system
        Disconnect the power cord
        Remove the control panel
Ensure Emergency Switch is in ON position
Remove cable and wires from back of Emergency switch
Measure resistance between pins 2 & 3 on back of Emergency Switch
(diagram shows lower or left 2 pins as you look at back of switch)

If resistance is more than 10 ohms:
                replace the Control Panel

If resistance is NOT more than 10 ohms:
                reinstall control panel
                remove Base Power Supply
                Ensure Emergency Switch is ON
Measure resistance between J2-14 & J2-16 on the cable
assembly

If resistance is more than 10 ohns:
                        Replace base power supply

If resistance is NOT more than 10 ohms:
                        Exchange the cable assembly

...Neil

Does anyone know what this code means? I have a 9404-F10 that gives me
the same message (sadly, I do not have the key, but it's set to manual.)

If it's toast, is there any way to find out what parts might be usable
in another 9404-F10? I have a working one also.
