The 351 says "System file cannot be read from diskette.  Use the SRC on
the LCD display to identify the problem."
 Are you sure you haven't missed some numbers on the 00124 side (or
missed some spaces)?  I don't see that error.

Have you tried your backup diskette?

I don't have a feel for your setup here.  You have a remote Cisco router
at the branch which you can ping.  Are the router, controller, UPS, and
PC all plugged into a hub?
