G'day John,

I think that MS is probably suffering from the same problem that most mixed 
server companies suffer from - they don't know they have AS/400's because 
they are so reliable. Other servers on the other hand require a lot of 
attention and are constantly being discussed around the IT department.

We see this problem in many other areas of life - who would watch a 
"Real-life" Police program where the police didn't catch any crooks - or a 
"Worst" Drivers from Hell program where everyone kept to the speed limit 
and obeyed every traffic regulation?

Maybe the AS/400 needs some major failings in OS/400 or DB2/400 so it too 
can be discussed in the same manner as other servers.
