I want to add my vote for more values on QLMTDEVSSN (and LMTDEVSSN from user profiles) that was discussed recently. I think 2 should be a valid answer instead of just *YES and *NO (or 1 and 0). For example, we have a generic "counter" signon for each branch, so they can enter sales orders to walk-in customers. Sometimes, we see 4 terminals in branch signed on with that user and we know there are only 2 counter terminals. If we say limit *YES, only one terminal could be signed on. Yes, the user should really sign on with their own name. Yes, there could be some kind of program to see how many instances of that user profile are already in use. I just think it should be an OS/400 provided function. +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
