Yep, sorry, I realized RIGHT after I sent that that I left you folks off !!

At least your state managed to get Ameritech to provide fair compensation to 
folks that
had been out of service (I read in our local paper $12 for less than 24 hrs, 
24-48 was $20
and anything greater than that was $20 a DAY !!!). It made our papers here 
because
Ameritech is appearing before our state regulatory body and had proposed $12 
period for
ALL delays until the chairman mentioned that he knew what they had done in your 
state !

Sorry that this is REALLY off the subject of this list !
