You could do worse than try my free WRKUSROUTQ[1] utility :) It handles 
*SCS reports up to 198 wide and generates plain text or HTML formatted PC 
files, optionally with the original spacing intact. If that doesn't do 
the trick have a look at Brad's excellent SPLTOOL[2] as mentioned 
elsewhere on this thread.
