Access to 3995 through QOPT

When you have a direct attached 3995 (Mod C4x), you can access the data on
the platters through the QOPT file system. When the 3995 is LAN attached
(Mod C2x) it does not appear in the QOPT file system. Is it possible to
achieve visibility of the LAN attached 3995 in the QOPT file system?
