My earlier note showed that: even with a primitive IT department, we never had a losing quarter. (We grew through acquisition.) The word lethargic (meaning sluggish, apathetic or indifferent) fits this context (RPG IV usage in the field) quite well. The fact that thousands of companies refuse to use RPG IV despite it's advantages demonstrates their... sluggishness.
