several years ago, we went on a massive conversion to rpg iv, and found
in some cases it made a mess.  old, indicator heavy programs are really
hard to work with!  it's easier to clean up the indicators in the
program using traditional rpg, in an 'indicator friendly' environment,
and then convert it.  but if the program has been stable for 10+ years,
where is the justification?
