We are in the process of replacing 40+ NT servers running Domino with to 820 DSD
4-way machines. I am handling the 400 side, our existing Notes admins are
handling the Domino stuff, while I learn. The impression I get from the admins
is
that 40K sound high for a basic setup of e-mail and calendaring. they recommend
taking the entry level admin classes before diving in. the Domino environment is
quite different from what a mid-ranger is accustomed to. The classses will help
bridge the gap.

Also, check with IBM on support offerings, as there may be some hotline type
support available as a new 400/Domino shop.

Last but not least, DO NOT FORGET THE DOMINO400 mailing list from our friend
David at Midrange.com
