Hello all, We are currently in the process of evaluating Email/Groupware for our organization. After visiting Common this fall, we have basically decided on Domino, running native on our AS/400, as the preferred solution. We started getting pricing and everything fell right into our budget until we got the quote from our business partner for installation and training. My question is twofold: 1) Is $40,000.00 out of line for installation and training for this product? 2) In your experience, is Domino that difficult to install and set up to warrant this, in my opinion, outlandish fee? We are a 4 person shop with quite a few years of midrange experience between us. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
