RE: IFS open scope and rclactgrp

I haven't been following this thread closely, so I don't remember the
original problem.  You might want to be careful with rclactgrp(*eligible) if
you're thinking of using it on a production machine.  It can reclaim
activation groups you had no intention of reclaiming.
