I think you'll need to run CWBLOGON. NT doesn't support password caching, 
although there is an option in ops nav in the express client that tells CA 
to use the windows logon with no prompting.

The DOS program environment is controlled by autoexec.nt and config.nt. 
Both files are in WINNT/SYSTEM32.
Autoexec.bat and config.sys are not used.
