From your note, there is no way to tell how much interactive you are using
right now - but it cannot be more than 30.7.  If, at this time, you are
running interactive at 100 percent utilization, the 820 has about the same
capacity as the current system.

Why are you upgrading?  Do you have not enough interactive capacity?  Not
enough batch capacity?  In general, I guess that you need more interactive
capacity that the 820 but that is a guess.
