Come on guys. I cannot possibly believe that SOMEONE, most likely a
quorum of Someone's, in IBM Legal did not know of this company and their
'eServer'. They made a conscious decision to go ahead anyway based on
some legal opinion or another. IBM May be flat stupid about marketing
the AS/400 ..er.. IBM e(trademark)Server iSeries 400, but Legal would
NEVER Let them start using a name to brand every machine from a tiny
server that you can hold up with one hand to mainframes that could run
most continents, without being absolutely convinced that they could
support it in court if required.

I believe it was Al that predicted a Lawyer would get fired. Well IF
Legal turns out to be wrong I predict traffic jams behind ambulances in
Armonk because no one lawyer is going to take all the heat for such a
bone-headed move!
