Come on guys. I cannot possibly believe that SOMEONE, most likely a quorum of Someone's, in IBM Legal did not know of this company and their 'eServer'. They made a conscious decision to go ahead anyway based on some legal opinion or another. IBM May be flat stupid about marketing the AS/400 ..er.. IBM e(trademark)Server iSeries 400, but Legal would NEVER Let them start using a name to brand every machine from a tiny server that you can hold up with one hand to mainframes that could run most continents, without being absolutely convinced that they could support it in court if required. I believe it was Al that predicted a Lawyer would get fired. Well IF Legal turns out to be wrong I predict traffic jams behind ambulances in Armonk because no one lawyer is going to take all the heat for such a bone-headed move! - Larry -- Larry Bolhuis Arbor Solutions, Inc.
