Unfortunately, in many cases, the "Us vs Them" mentality does tend to prevail in the traditional industries (Eg: Manufacturing, retail, etc). But in the high tech sector, I think this has changed or at least is changing. Many tech companies (Cornerstone Communications included) realize that their only true assets are the employee's. Without them, nothing happens. </snip> You're absolutely right. As easy as it is to find a job these days, and with younger workers not having the kind of corporate loyalty older ones do, companies who do not have an attitude like Cornerstone's are doomed to constant turnover.
