As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

INCLUDING training ? Not knocking what you are saying in ANY WAY Gary, but this
could also skew your (admitedly non-scientific I'm SURE) survey ? :-) I don't
envy software vendors wrestling with this problem !
