It's too hard to make VT<nnn> talk to the AS400.  You need a TN5250e
compliant emulator.

I suggest Synapse NetWolf which has a complete implementation of the
TN5250e spec including display, printer, file transfer, DDE, WinHLLAPI,
free tech support, free online updastes, etc.  Free demo is at
http://www.synapse.com.
