This is all speculation (I didn't want to test it out on my QESLINE line). The controller used for ordering PTFs is called QESCTL. It has a value that specifies a switched line of QESLINE. When you deleted the line, the controller was probably also change and the QESLINE switched line was removed. Now that you have recreated the line, you need to add the line back to the controller. I believe that the SNDPTFORD program actually specifies the QESCTL controller, which point towards the QESLINE. ? .
