I ran into a similar problem. Only if you are running a Client Access
console, there are PTF's that need to be ordered. Check with IBM. If you
are running a twinax console, I'm not sure what to tell you. Good luck, I

Please disregard this post. I found out that I had the IPL set to debug
mode.
