× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I think that falls under the heading of "really competent network folks". 
All I can say is that with 200+ locations in addition to the home office, 
the crashes are minimal, and mostly telco related.
